Throughout my career, I have led compensation, benefits, HR operations, HR technology, and organizational transformation across complex, multi-location, and global environments. My work has included designing scalable Total Rewards programs, generating multimillion-dollar benefits savings, leading enterprise HR technology initiatives, and partnering with executives through periods of growth and change.
